System Engineer

Position Overview-

System & Integration Engineer joining an elite, cross-functional R&D Systems division to drive mission-critical features and tactical platforms from concept to deployment.

Translating cyber-security and electronic warfare research outputs into production-grade System Behavior, State Machines, and Event-Response Logic.

Orchestrating technical alignment across diverse engineering streams: Software (SW), Modem Algorithms, DSP, FPGA, QA, and V&V.

Maintaining a strong Hands-On presence utilizing MATLAB and Python for advanced system debugging, log analysis, and performance optimization on live production systems.

Requirements-

5 years of overall R&D engineering experience - Mandatory

2 years of dedicated experience in at least one of the following domains: Radio Systems / Communication Systems / Wireless Communication Algorithms / RF Systems / Firmware Engineering - Mandatory

Proven professional background in researching and manipulating wireless communication protocols - Mandatory

Strong hands-on scripting, modeling, and simulation skills in MATLAB or Python - Mandatory

Technical understanding of RF fundamentals, digital signal processing (DSP), or physical layer (PHY) architectures - Advantage
