Product Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on PM role with real ownership of the product. You'll work end-to-end alongside a small, sharp team - the decisions you make matter, and you'll have the space to make them well. You'll be defining how complex, AI-native workflows behave in the hands of real users, and translating that into specs engineers can build and customers can actually trust.

You'll work across the full product - from first-touch onboarding, through the daily working loops, to the integrations that connect Novia into the customer's stack. Expect to move between strategic framing and pixel-level detail in the same week.

What you'll do

Own the roadmap. This is the core of the job. Decide what we're building, what we're not. You're the source of truth that connects engineering and the business - taking strategy, customer signals, and vague ideas and turning them into a sequenced plan we can ship against.

Shape how features work. Design the underlying flows and logic - what happens, when, in what order, and why. This is product-level architecture, not UI work.

Sit with engineering through delivery. Be in the room when problems come up - unblocking decisions, making trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and technical direction.

Define the UX with design. Down to states, transitions, empty states, and the edge cases nobody asked about.

Run the product cadence. Planning, prioritization, release notes, demo-readiness. Keep the team aligned without becoming the bottleneck.

What we're looking for

4+ years as a PM, ideally in B2B SaaS or a data/AI-heavy product.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and execution skills. You can run the room and you can do the work.

Excellent written and verbal English. You can write a spec that's clear, scoped, and actually useful to the people building from it.

Comfort working closely with engineering on technical detail - trade-offs, sequencing, what to build vs. defer.

Strong UX instincts. You can read a Figma file, challenge a flow when it doesn't work, and obsess over the details that actually shape how the product feels.

Bonus points Background in HR-tech, recruitment, or workflow tooling for non-technical professionals.

Real AI experience - you've worked with AI agents, LLM pipelines, or AI-powered products in practice.

You've shipped from 0 to 1 and know how to put the scaffolding in place without over-engineering it.
