A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team within the R&D Division.

Role Description:

End-to-end project management responsibility.

Development, tracking, and control of project schedules.

Leading project activities in close collaboration with development teams.

Independent task management and execution.

Working with multiple cross-functional interfaces across the organization.

Project risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation.

Requirements:

Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management – mandatory.

Experience in a manufacturing and/or defense-related organization – mandatory.

High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project – mandatory.

High level of English (written and spoken).

Engineering background and experience in electronics – advantage.
