Product Development Manager — Regulatory Focus

We are a fast-growing beauty company managing product development across three brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented, regulatory-savvy professional to own compliance and vendor coordination across our full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own regulatory compliance and documentation for all products (INCI, GMP, safety dossiers, country

registrations)

• Coordinate with external labs for product testing submissions and timelines

• Serve as primary contact for 15+ external vendors — follow up on documentation, lead times, and supplier deliverables

• Review and approve artwork from a regulatory standpoint to reduce repeated feedback loops

• Build and maintain a centralized regulatory tracker and reusable submission templates

• Collaborate with Marketing, Studio, and Operations to align compliance milestones with launch timelines

• Manage UK regulatory registration and monitor compliance requirements across target markets

Qualifications

Required

• 3–6 years in regulatory affairs or product development (beauty/cosmetics)

• Experience with cosmetic regulations in the US

• Hands-on with INCI, safety assessments, and GMP documentation

• Strong coordination and project management skills

• English fluency

Nice to Have

• Degree or certification in chemistry, pharmacology, or related field

• Familiarity with EU / UK Reg.

• Fragrance compliance experience (IFRA, allergen declarations)

• Background in multi-brand or scale-up environments

• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar PM tools
