We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Manager, leading research and involved with a variety of R&D aspects.
Your Day to Day:
Ensure our workspace is vibrant, organized, and always "guest-ready," from the kitchen to the conference rooms
Manage the office’s inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a perfect work environment
Host guests and candidates, manage front-desk flow & deliveries, and handle day-to-day assistance for our team with a service-oriented mindset
Support the hiring process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and leading the first-day orientation for new hires
Take part in HR projects and lead the onboarding experience for new hires
Design and execute company-wide events, Happy Hours, and milestones that make our culture unique
Manage end-to-end travel and navigate complex calendars and scheduling for the management team
Requirements:
Proven background in Office Management or a similar operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and boost office energy
A proactive self-starter who identifies needs before they arise and has a "whatever-it-takes" mindset
High organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Fluent in English, both verbal and written
