Job Description

Lead projects and delivery processes in an Agile environment

Manage and coordinate dependencies between teams and business/technology interfaces

Lead Scrum / Kanban processes and implement Agile methodologies

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily, Planning, Retrospective, Refinement, and Review

Support teams in work planning, task breakdown, and capacity management

Identify and remove blockers at both team and organizational levels

Build status overviews, track metrics, and report to management

Work closely with Development, QA, UX, Product, and business stakeholders

Promote continuous improvement in workflows and cross-team collaboration

Lead processes in a multi-interface, multi-tasking environment

Job Requirements

At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects

2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously or on cross-team projects

Experience supporting Agile teams on an ongoing basis

Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies

Experience managing dependencies and integrations between systems and teams

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team engagement

Experience working with Jira / Azure DevOps / ServiceNow

Experience creating status reports, metrics, and management reporting

Basic understanding of development, QA, and delivery domains

Strong leadership and influence skills without formal authority

Ability to work with both business and technological stakeholders

Strong organizational skills, systems thinking, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
