Job Description

As a Facilities Assistant, you will support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing a variety of general maintenance and operational activities that ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of our site. You will work with our teams and external contractors to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
This role is located in Netanya, Israel and and reports to the.SOUTH REGION FACILITIES MANAGER based in Belgium.
What you will do
Office supplies orders,covering the reception desk full-time, 8 hours per day.
Car fleet management
Budget control
Supplier management and reviews to ensure best service for the best price
Meet room management (reservations, set up)
Work with outside contractors during facility and equipment repairs.
Support internal services such as inter‑office transportation, mail delivery, and document distribution.
Manage wastepaper recycling and support sustainability programs on site.
Maintain coffee areas and common spaces to support employee comfort and productivity.
Perform other assigned facilities or administrative support tasks.
Create new vendors in SAP
Create shopping carts /PO's for all spend , approval of invoices in Onbase
Maintain all safety and security both to RA and Israelian government standards
Set up connection with Avnet office in Holon and visit minimum one day per month
Work 5 days per week in the office
Skills You Have
Perform basic maintenance and manual tasks with attention to safety and quality.
And ability to work with our teams and external vendors.
Basic problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on.
Bi-lingual Hebrew, English
Reliability and willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
SAP knowledge
Work independent
Basic Qualifications
Secondary education or vocational training.
Previous experience in facilities support, maintenance, maintenance person services, or a similar role.
Perform physical work including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment or furniture.
Basic knowledge of repair, or building services.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience working in an office, industrial, or corporate facility environment.
Experience cooperating with external maintenance or service contractors.
Basic knowledge of electrical or construction work.
