With an established product already in production and an active commercial customer base, they are building foundational architecture to automate enterprise workflows globally.
Located in the Center region (highly accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for 1-2 days of remote work per week.
Position Overview-
VP of R&D & AI reporting directly to the CEO, taking full strategic and operational ownership of the entire software engineering and artificial intelligence organization.
Leading and scaling a multidisciplinary group of software engineers and Data Science/AI researchers, with immediate plans to recruit and expand the department.
Architecting the evolution and scale of complex Multi-Agent workflows and LLM-based systems in high-scale production, embedding an "AI-First" engineering culture across all product layers.
Balancing executive leadership, technical roadmap definition, and deep Hands-On architectural decision-making across cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
