SoC Validation Team Leader

Nuvoton Technology Israel is seeking an experienced SoC Validation Team Leader to lead the system validation team activities for our next-generation BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) SoCs, widely used in enterprise and data center servers.

As a Nuvoton employee, you will join a multidisciplinary team developing and qualifying advanced embedded solutions for application processors, security processors (Caliptra, TrustZone/OPTEE), and embedded I/O processors

. Responsibilitie

s:Lead a team of experienced system and validation engineers, including hands-on involvemen

t.Define and execute validation strategies for complex SoC products across pre- and post-silicon stage

s.Collaborate closely with HW, Embedded SW, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure full system coverag

e.Analyze product requirements and define comprehensive validation plans and methodologie

s.Develop and maintain validation environments, including test frameworks, automation, and infrastructur

e.Drive debug and root-cause analysis of system-level issues across HW/SW boundarie

s.Ensure high-quality validation coverage and sign-off aligned with product and customer requirement

s.Support pre-silicon activities (emulation, FPGA) and post-silicon bring-up and system validatio

n.Drive continuous improvements in validation processes, tools, and productivit

y.Mentor and support team members in technical growth and execution excellenc

e.Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team member

Job Requireme

nts:BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering –

MustMinimum 10 years of experience in developing or testing embedded environments –

MustMinimum 5 years of experience leading engineering teams –
