🚀 We are hiring: Data Science Team Leader

(for a leading large-scale financial organization)

We are looking for a Data Science Team Leader to join an innovative AI & Data group within a large financial enterprise environment.

This role combines team leadership, technical development, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into advanced AI-driven solutions.

You will lead a team of Data Science/ Engineering professionals while working on cutting-edge Machine Learning and GenAI initiatives in production environments (On-Prem & Cloud).

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Data Science team in an enterprise environment

• Design, develop, and optimize ML & LLM-based solutions

• Implement and improve GenAI capabilities in production

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders

• Drive AI innovation and scalable data-driven solutions

🔹 Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Data Scientist - A Must

• 2+ years of team leading experience - A Must

• Strong understanding of classical ML algorithms and LLMs - A Must

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ML, and GenAI technologies - A Must

• Experience with LangChain (or similar frameworks), Tokenization, and Prompt Engineering - A Must

• Familiarity with RAG architectures and workflows — major advantage

• Experience working in large-scale / corporate environments — strong advantage

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst — advantage

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
