Security Engineer Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a Security Engineering Team Lead. You will lead a team of Security Engineers and SecOps Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing robust security controls across Paragon’s on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will drive the security roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, DevOps, Research, Development), and ensure all security measures align with business and regulatory requirements. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will be expected to lead by example in architecture, implementation, and continuous improvements.

Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role . Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams Hands-on experience in information security systems implementation such as EDR, Proxy, DLP, and email protection. Deep understanding of Linux security. Proven track record in designing and implementing complex security systems. Basic understanding of the lifecycle of advanced security threats, attack vectors, and exploitation methods. Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals. Scripting in Bash, Python Experience with regulatory or compliance standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc.) – an advantage. Basic knowledge of host-based forensics and OS artifacts – an advantage
