We’re looking for a Total Rewards Group Lead to lead a team of Total Rewards Partners and drive the strategy, design, and execution of our global rewards programs.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation, including leadership experience Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams Deep expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and equity programs Strong business acumen and ability to artner with senior leadership to shape rewards strategy and key decisions Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience working in global, high-growth tech companies Strong communication and storytelling abilities You’ll Thrive Here If You Are a strategic leader who still enjoys being hands-on Know how to balance scalability with personalization Are passionate about building fair, transparent, and impactful rewards programs Thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch
