Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly resourceful Office Manager to be the heart and soul of our Tel Aviv office. If you are a natural people person with a genuinely warm, service-oriented approach, a master of multitasking, and someone who thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a growing startup - this is the perfect role for you. You will be the go-to person for everything operational, ensuring our day-to-day runs flawlessly.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the day-to-day office operations, creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for our team and guests.

Oversee and execute routine office grocery shopping, ensuring the kitchen and communal areas are consistently stocked with fresh items, snacks, and daily essentials.

Act as the main point of contact for building management, maintenance, cleaning services, and external vendors (catering, office supplies, kitchen stock).

Work alongside our Finance function to track and process office-related invoices, vendor receipts, and ongoing operational expenses.

Seamlessly juggle multiple moving parts, including incoming mail, deliveries, travel logistics, and day-to-day administrative tasks to support ongoing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced tech startup (experience in a cybersecurity startup is a major plus).

A true People Person - genuinely warm, kind, and approachable, with a passion for helping others and creating a positive vibe in the office.

Proven ability to prioritize effectively, stay calm under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

A strong can-do attitude with high attention to detail and the ability to identify needs and solve problems independently before they become issues.

Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
