Senior Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst for a public sector organization in Jerusalem.

This is an opportunity to lead the analysis and specification of complex systems, work closely with business stakeholders, and support end-to-end development processes in a large-scale technological environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and define complex systems and business processes.

Work closely with users and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

Support development processes from initiation through implementation.

Write functional and technical specification documents.

Manage interfaces with development, QA, UX/UI, and additional technology teams.

Lead analysis activities and drive methodological improvements across projects.

Requirements:

6 years of experience in systems analysis within complex technological projects.

At least 4 years of experience managing teams and building cross-organizational methodologies for analysis and specification, including implementation and adoption.

Proven experience analyzing complex systems in a large organization.

Experience writing functional and technical specification documents.

Experience working with business clients and leading requirement-gathering and analysis processes.
