- Deep architectural understanding of low-level embedded hardware interfaces and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485)

Position Overview-
Embedded & Validation R&D Team Lead stepping into a pivotal, dual-responsibility leadership role that balances deep technical architecture with the people management of a high-caliber team of approximately 7 engineers.
Overseeing a multi-disciplinary engineering unit split between Embedded Real-Time (RT) Developers and Automation/Validation Engineers.
Driving end-to-end delivery ownership of mission-critical software layers deployed directly onto advanced satellite systems.
Serving as a core cross-functional technical link across the entire organizational layout, bridging software delivery with Hardware, FPGA, RF, Systems Engineering, and Operations
Requirements-
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly relevant academic discipline - Mandatory
7+ years of proven professional experience specializing in low-level Embedded Software Development - Mandatory
3+ years of proven experience in direct People Management, leading multi-disciplinary or cross-functional software engineering teams - Mandatory
Expert-level technical mastery of programming in C / C++ within constrained RTOS or Bare-Metal environments - Mandatory
Deep architectural understanding of low-level embedded hardware interfaces and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485) - Mandatory
Hands-on experience working in electronics laboratories with diagnostic hardware equipment (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Signal Generators) - Mandatory
Strong familiarity with script-based automation testing frameworks (highly prefer Python) - Mandatory
Exceptional delivery capabilities, ownership mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication skills - Mandatory
