Legal Counsel

Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a talented and experienced Legal counsel to join our team. The Legal Counsel reports directly to the Head of Legal - Commercial and serves as in-house attorney handling the company’s legal needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to assist in the management of the company’s day to day legal and regulatory compliance.

Requirements: 6+ years of commercial law experience as in-house legal counsel in a technology company or an associate in a high tech department of a top tier law firm. Experience working in a large, global organization. Native, mother-tongue English. Excellent writing, drafting, negotiating, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in the areas of commercial law, contracts and payments. Strong contract drafting skills, with deep legal and commercial understanding and analytical capabilities; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization. Ability to negotiate with external third parties on behalf of internal stakeholders to close transactions efficiently. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines. A Law Degree from an accredited institution. #LI-Hybrid
