AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join a leading Data & AI team and play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions in production environments.

Build, maintain, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

Work with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search technologies.

Develop AI-powered services and APIs using Python.

Design and implement integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, databases, and data platforms.

Work with diverse data sources, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses (DWH), and enterprise data ecosystems.

Build AI Agents and intelligent workflows supporting complex business processes.

Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, DevOps teams, Architects, and business stakeholders.

Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI solutions in enterprise production environments.

Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI and GenAI technologies.

Requirements

Must Have

3+ years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Python development.

Proven experience developing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI.

Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.

Experience working with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search solutions.

Experience developing REST APIs.

Experience with Docker.

Experience working with SQL databases.

Experience integrating systems through APIs and external services.

Ability to work independently with strong system-thinking capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.

Experience with Kubernetes.

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Background in Data Engineering, Data Lakes, or Data Warehousing.

Experience with MLOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with Airflow or other orchestration platforms.

Experience working in financial, banking, or highly regulated environments.

Knowledge of Data Governance and Information Security principles.
