Head of Game Economy

This is a unique opportunity to lead the Game Economy domain in a rapidly growing gaming company, shape the long-term economic strategy of our products, and build a high-performing team that drives player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Game Economy, Economy Design, Monetization, or related roles within the gaming industry. At least 3 years of experience managing and leading professional teams. Hands-on experience in the gaming industry – mandatory. Experience in Social Casino games, Slots, or Real-Money Gaming – a significant advantage. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Proven experience building economic models, balancing virtual economies, and driving product performance. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
