About We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join Job Radar, an AI-powered career platform helping job seekers discover relevant opportunities faster, optimize their resumes, and stand out in the hiring process. Responsibilities Create, write, and edit marketing content in English and Hebrew.

Manage and produce content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

Develop marketing messages for different target audiences, including job seekers, candidates, HR professionals, and managers.

Create content for digital campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, ads, and social posts.

Support the development of content strategy and brand positioning for a new technology product.

Use AI tools for content creation, research, marketing ideas, and message optimization.

Analyze content and campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements Experience or practical knowledge in digital marketing.

Strong marketing writing skills with a creative and clear communication style.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.

Basic understanding of paid campaigns, marketing funnels, and lead generation.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think creatively.

Excellent Hebrew.

Good English — a significant advantage.

Advantages Experience marketing SaaS, startup, or technology products.

Experience creating content for LinkedIn.

Familiarity with the job search, career, recruitment, or HR-Tech space.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar design/video tools.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar tools.

Experience with organic and/or paid growth.
