Requirements: Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks (TypeScript and Python a strong plus). Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications. Solid foundation in OOP, software architecture, and the design of large-scale systems. Cloud experience is a must; hands-on AWS experience is a strong plus. Experience building and working with AI coding agents and agentic workflows. Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (startups or small teams preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A builder's mindset with a passion for creating products customers love.
