Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Acre for a מתכנן מכאני (Mechanical Designer). The role involves designing mechanical components and systems for advanced optical measurement and AOI machines. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The candidate will also participate in prototype development, mechanical testing, and implementing design adjustments based on feedback.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mechanical Design and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or similar tools)

Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling and designing mechanical mechanisms

Experience in structural analysis, material selection, and manufacturing processes

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt designs as needed

Familiarity with optical and measurement systems, as well as AOI machines, is an advantage

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken, is a plus
