About the Role As a Fullstack Team Lead at BlinkOps, you will lead a team of talented and experienced engineers. You'll take ownership of a significant part of the Blink platform, driving technical architecture and product delivery across the full stack. You'll enable security teams to deploy AI security agents that autonomously manage detection, hunting, containment, and response workflows. This role combines technical leadership with active contribution: you'll mentor your team, drive engineering excellence, and shape technical direction, tooling, and workflows to support high-scale product growth. *Please note that this position is located in Israel

Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills 4+ years of fullstack software engineering experience 2+ years in a leadership role Strong frontend development experience (TypeScript, modern web frameworks) Experience with Angular is a benefit but not required (We use Angular) Strong commitment to quality and stability in software delivery Demonstrated ability to lead feature development end-to-end in collaboration with Product teams Hands-on backend development experience (Go, Python, Java, C#, or similar) Proven track record building secure, reliable, scalable SAAS systems
