This is a Hands-on Creator role for hungry Juniors. You won’t just be planning; you’ll be doing. From ideation to filming and editing, you’ll be the engine behind the content that drives real business impact.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the face of the agency for your clients - understanding their DNA, managing expectations, and presenting your winning strategies.

Total Content Ownership:-You’ll be creating, filming, and editing content from scratch.

Performance-Driven Creative: Using data and KPIs to make sure your content doesn't just look good-it convert

AI-Powered Workflow: Leveraging the latest AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Trend-Jacking: Turning real-time trends into high-performing brand opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

The "Creator" DNA: You’re a natural at filming and editing.

CapCut Wizards: If you know your way around CapCut and mobile editing apps, you’re already at the front of the line!

Recent graduates in Marketing/Communications or Social Media course certs.

Data Lovers: You care about the "Why" and the "How much" as much as the "How it looks."
