Full Stack Engineer

One of our clients, a fast-growing FinTech company, is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to join its product team.

The company develops a modern platform for real estate investment management, enabling investment firms and asset managers to manage the full investment lifecycle, including deal structuring, investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and investor communication, all in one system.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building advanced product capabilities for a complex, data-driven platform. You will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate financial and operational requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end product features as part of a cross-functional team

Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Build features supporting complex financial workflows and investment structures

Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability

Contribute to technical decisions shaping the platform’s evolution

Requirements:

4+ years of software development experience

Experience building full stack web applications

Strong front-end development experience

Backend development experience with Node.js

Strong TypeScript experience

Experience working closely with product teams

Ability to turn partially defined requirements into well-designed solutions

Interest or experience in system design and architecture

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including AI assistants and coding agents

Startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
