Full Stack Engineer

Caast AI is a stealth-mode AI startup building at the intersection of agentic AI, digital influence, and the next generation of online interaction.

We already have a working MVP. Now we are building the first production version and onboarding our first customers.

You will join a strong founding team of second-time founders, working hand in hand with us from day one.

We are looking for a talented, hungry engineer who wants real ownership, real equity, and a serious early-stage challenge.

You have already built agentic systems end-to-end. You can show what you built, explain how you designed it, and prove you know how to scale it further.

You will own the stack end-to-end: frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, AI integrations, agent orchestration, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of software development experience

Strong full-stack skills

Experience building agentic AI systems end-to-end

Experience taking products from MVP to production and scale

Ability to clearly show and explain what you have built

Deep interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and automation

High ownership, strong execution, and real hunger

Bonus Points

Experience with agentic AI frameworks

Experience building AI-native or SaaS products

Previous founding engineer or early startup experience

Compensation

This is an equity-only role at this stage. There is no salary yet.

We are looking for someone who wants to join early, take real risk, and receive equity in return.
