Real Estate Credit Analyst

A leading real estate financing company is looking for a Real Estate Credit Analyst to join its growing credit and investment team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real estate financing transactions, participate in credit and investment decision-making processes, and work closely with developers, appraisers, attorneys and financial institutions.

The role combines financial analysis, risk assessment and transaction monitoring, with exposure to large-scale residential real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

Analyze real estate financing and credit transactions

Assess project feasibility, financial performance and risk factors

Prepare credit applications and investment committee materials

Review financial statements, project budgets and cash flow projections

Support transaction structuring and financing processes

Monitor approved transactions and ongoing portfolio activity

Work closely with developers, appraisers, attorneys and financial institutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance

High proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

Experience in credit analysis, financial analysis or real estate analysis – an advantage

Understanding of real estate financing and development projects – an advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
