Export Team Leader

We are looking for

An Export Team Leader for the company's site in Haifa, for the Aerospace division

Come lead a complex export operation in a dynamic and challenging defense environment, where your work has a direct impact on the success of the organization's key projects. You will manage a team of five employees and be part of a global operation connecting Israel to the world

In this role you will

Lead and manage the export team, including professional guidance, task allocation and employee development

Hold end-to-end responsibility for all export processes within the division

Manage the export department budget

Develop new work processes, prepare operational and financial reports

Maintain direct communication with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders locally and internationally

Monitor shipments, provide solutions and coordinate with customs and classification authorities, including clearances, documentation and invoice verification

Provide professional support to buyers, program managers and project managers

Lead complex and sensitive logistics processes

Requirements

Academic degree - advantage

At least three years of experience in export

Experience in team management

Experience Working At a Freight Forwarding Company - Advantage

Full proficiency in Excel

High-level English proficiency

Strong understanding of complex processes, creative thinking, ability to meet deadlines, high service orientation and leadership skills
