About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process - from identifying and nurturing leads, through leading tailored sales processes, to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound leads and build a structured, methodical sales pipeline
Lead discovery calls to identify customer business needs
Conduct tailored product demonstrations (demos)
Manage commercial negotiations and close deals
Proactively identify and engage potential customers (outbound)
Maintain accurate documentation and manage data in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Customer Success team
Monitor competitors and track trends in the insurance and pension markets
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in B2C sales (advantage for SaaS/technology solutions)
Proven experience managing multi-stage sales processes, including demos
Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (written and verbal)
High motivation to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer orientation
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the Israeli insurance and pension market
Experience working with Fireberry CRM
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Proficiency in using AI tools and automation within sales processes
