We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology (IT) team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys troubleshooting, and is committed to delivering excellent technical support in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and reliable technical support to company employees while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
Support company systems, including workstation maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
Manage, monitor, and track support requests through the organization's ticketing system.
Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
Implement and maintain information security policies and best practices.
Install, configure, and create images for new computers and workstations.
Support and manage advanced multimedia and conferencing systems.
Participate in cross-functional technology projects across the organization.
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience providing technical support - Must
Experience maintaining and managing end-user systems, including workstation deployment, configuration, and upgrades - Must
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Must
Full proficiency with Windows 10 and images 11 operating systems - Must
Experience managing users and permissions through Active Directory - Must
Understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
Familiarity with information security principles and requirements.
Creating and deploying system images for new computers and workstations - Must
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Must
