Job Summary

Work on complex technical projects and provide innovative solutions that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing new products through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering and documentation practice.

Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design; lead the design, implementation and validation of systems or components.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Expert in advanced mechanical design, materials, manufacturing methods as well as the ability to apply appropriate methods and techniques.

Distinguished record of creativity and innovation. Advances engineering principles, theories and concepts.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Engineering design, control and analysis tools, such as Solidworks, MATLAB, Lab View etc.

Proficient with control tools and systems, such as programmable controllers, Labview, etc.-advantage

Knowledge of statistical methods and FMEA Positive attitude and focus on achieving goals.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Logical and proactive approach to problem solving.

Strong task prioritization and time management skills.

Requiremed Education/Experience

BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field.

At least 5 years' experience in product development.
