Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup- Product Designer

We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer for an early-stage stealth Cyber startup to help build our core product from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in our "founding engine," taking the product from MVP to successful delivery. You’ll sit at the intersection of complex technology and intuitive user experience, ensuring our cutting-edge tech is accessible, seamless, and visually stunning. What You’ll Do End-to-End Design: Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user flows and seamless journeys. Design System Ownership: Build and maintain a robust, scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create everything from quick wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma. Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering to align design vision with technical implementation. User-Centric Research: Conduct user research and usability testing; analyze feedback and behavior to validate design decisions and optimize the UX. Design Language: Develop and evolve a cohesive design language that reflects the brand’s identity and values.

Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in Product Design, with a proven track record in fast-paced startups. Domain Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience designing for B2B applications or Cybersecurity/Security products (a significant advantage). Figma Mastery: Extensive experience with Figma, including building advanced interactive prototypes and components. Problem Solver: A strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude. Collaborative Spirit: A team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to stakeholders. Language: High proficiency in English (written and spoken). Passion: A genuine obsession with creating intuitive, delightful, and high-performing user experiences.
