Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Research and Development (VP R&D) located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The VP R&D will lead the development of innovative solutions, oversee product and software development, and manage end-to-end research initiatives. Responsibilities include steering large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the strategic vision for the company’s technological advancements. The role demands a proactive approach to optimizing processes and aligning R&D objectives with business growth.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development

Strong background in Software Development, with experience in delivering scalable and innovative solutions

Demonstrated success in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Exceptional Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and align diverse teams

Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning R&D initiatives to business objectives

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience in the cybersecurity domain is a significant advantage

Relevant academic background, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
