Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the operations of NONO Group. This on-site, full-time role, based in Petah Tikva, involves leading multiple cross-functional teams, developing and executing operational strategies, and driving performance improvements while maintaining exemplary standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The COO will collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and long-term growth objectives, manage key resources, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience, including strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration

Operational expertise in process optimization, resource allocation, and implementing scalable business solutions

Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and experience managing budgets and KPIs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partners

Experience in the hospitality, culinary, or restaurant industry is highly desirable but not required

Proficiency in both Hebrew and English

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership and a strong sense of accountability

מהות התפקיד ומטרת העל:

ניהול, סנכרון והובלת המערך האופרטיבי, הלוגיסטי והמסחרי הרחב של הקבוצה. התפקיד מהווה זרוע מטה מרכזית התומכת בפיתוח העסקי של החברה ובפעילות השוטפת של המפעלים והאתרים, תוך שימוש בכלים טכנולוגיים ודאטה להשגת התייעלות פיננסית מירבית.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

* ניהול אופרטיבי כולל של חטיבות המטה והייצור: מפעלים, לוגיסטיקה, תחזוקה ורכש.

* ניהול ישיר, חניכה והובלה של דרג מנהלי המחלקות המקצועיים באופרציה.

* הובלה וניהול ישיר של תקציבי המפעלים של הקבוצה, תוך ניתוח קבוע של מדדים פיננסיים.

* גיבוש, ניהול וסגירת הסכמים מסחריים מול ספקים וקבלנים ברמת הקבוצה.

* הטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים מתקדמים וכלי AI לטובת ייעול, אוטומציה ושיפור מערכי הייצור והלוגיסטיקה.

* נוכחות שטח קבועה באתרי האופרציה, ומתן מעטפת תמיכה נגישה לכלל הדרגים בארגון.

דרישות התפקיד - הפרופיל שאנו מחפשים:

* ניסיון מוכח ומוצלח בניהול אופרציות מורכבות ורחבות היקף (לוגיסטיקה, שרשרת אספקה, ייצור ומערכי הפצה).

* יכולות אנליטיות ופיננסיות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר (ניהול תקציבים, ניתוח דאטה וניהול משא ומתן מסחרי).

* זיקה טכנולוגית חזקה, היכרות וניסיון מעשי בהטמעת פתרונות מבוססי בינה מלאכותית (AI).

* השכלה רלוונטית: תואר בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול - יתרון.

* רקע וניסיון מקצועי מעולם המזון / קולינריה / מסעדנות - יתרון.
