Executive Assistant Location Yakum, Israel, 4-5 days onsite Role Overview The Executive Assistant to the President and VP P&C, Fleet Solutions is a trusted strategic partner who provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the President and VP P&C. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate with confidence across senior leaders, global stakeholders, and external partners. The Executive Assistant acts as an extension of the President and VP P&C - anticipating needs, enabling focus on strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can manage complexity with professionalism and calm. Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Support Serve as the primary administrative partner to the President and VP P&C, Fleet, providing comprehensive and proactive support. Manage a highly dynamic and complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Participate in meetings, track key follow-ups, action items, and commitments to ensure closure and accountability. Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and lack a natural owner. Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, executive reviews, Board-related interactions, and key customer or partner engagements. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the President / VP P&C and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication. Operational Excellence Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and contingencies. Manage expenses, invoices, and related administrative processes accurately and on time. Support planning and execution of leadership offsites, town halls, and strategic events. Strategic & Cross‑Functional Coordination Partner closely with other Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, HR, Finance, and Communications to support Fleet leadership rhythms. Assist with preparation of presentations, talking points, and executive communications. Support special projects and initiatives as needed, working independently from concept to completion. Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and business-critical information with discretion and sound judgment. Represent the President / VP P&C and the Fleet organization with professionalism, poise, and credibility at all times.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives (President, GM, EVP, or equivalent) in a global or matrixed organization. English native speaker.
