Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the Global IT Cloud & Services team.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate projects across Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

The position includes project tracking, timeline management, risk handling, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Planning & Execution

· Plan, execute, and track projects from initiation to delivery

· Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

· Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned to defined objectives

Project Tracking & Reporting

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status across all assigned initiatives

· Provide clear and consistent status updates, including progress, risks, and dependencies

· Support preparation of executive-level reporting and presentations

Cross-Team Coordination

· Coordinate across multiple teams including Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services

· Ensure alignment between stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables

· Facilitate effective communication across all project participants

Risk & Issue Management

· Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues

· Escalate blockers in a timely manner

· Support mitigation and resolution of project challenges

Process & Methodology Support

· Apply and promote standardized project management practices

· Ensure adherence to defined project tracking and reporting frameworks

· Contribute to improving project management processes and tools

Program & Organizational Support

· Support Program Manager in execution of broader initiatives and operational cadences (e.g., All Hands, QBRs, PI Planning)

· Assist in coordinating cross-project activities and dependencies

Financial Tracking (as applicable)

· Track project-related budgets and resource utilization

· Support alignment between project execution and financial plans

Have you got what it takes?

· 2-4 years of experience in project management within corporate or enterprise environments.

· Proven ability to manage complex initiatives within multiple stakeholders

· Good understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

· High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership forums

· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent).

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

· Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment.

· Experience with agile project management methodologies.

· Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).

· Experience with financial planning and budgeting.

· Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
