מעתד/ת מלאי – חטיבת הרכב Inventory Planner – Vehicle Division

לחטיבת הרכב דרוש/ה מעתד/ת מלאי לתפקיד מרכזי הכולל אחריות מלאה על תכנון, בקרה ותעדוף מלאי פרויקטלי וקומונלי, בסביבה מרובת פרויקטים ודינמית.

התפקיד כולל הבטחת זמינות חומרים, איזון בין חוסרים לעודפים, ותמיכה שוטפת בעמידה ביעדי לו״ז וב-KPI תפעוליים.

מה בתפקיד?

-תכנון רמות מלאי לפריטים פרויקטליים וקומונליים המשותפים למספר פרויקטים

-בניית תחזיות צריכה בהתאם לתוכניות פרויקט וללו״ז הייצור

-הגדרת מדיניות מלאי, כולל מלאי ביטחון ונקודות הזמנה

-פתיחה ומעקב אחר דרישות רכש

-בקרה שוטפת על נתוני מלאי במערכת ERP

-טיפול בחוסרים חריגים ובעודפי מלאי

-עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים תפעוליים ופרויקטליים לצורך תמיכה ברציפות הייצור

דרישות התפקיד:

תואר בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול – חובה

ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בתפקיד מעתד/ת מלאי – חובה

ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה מרובת פרויקטים ו/או ריבוי מק״טים – חובה

שליטה במערכות ERP – חובה

שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel – חובה

יכולת עבודה עם נתונים, תעדוף משימות וקבלת החלטות תחת עומס

Position Overview

Inventory Planner – Vehicle Division

The Vehicle Division is looking for an Inventory Planner for a key role involving full responsibility for planning, monitoring, and prioritizing both project-based and communal inventory in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

The role focuses on ensuring material availability, balancing shortages and excess inventory, and supporting operational KPIs and project timelines.

Responsibilities

Planning inventory levels for both project-specific and shared communal items across multiple projects

Building consumption forecasts according to project plans and production schedules

Defining inventory policies, including safety stock and reorder points

Opening and tracking purchase requisitions

Monitoring inventory data within ERP systems

Managing exceptional shortages and excess inventory situations

Working closely with operational and project interfaces to support production continuity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management — required

3–5 years of experience in inventory planning — required

Experience working in a multi-project environment and/or with a high volume of SKUs — required

Experience working with ERP systems — required

Advanced Excel skills — required

Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and make decisions under pressure
