QA Manger

Ori Sandbox is seeking a skilled QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality management, with the ability to develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies. You will oversee a team of QA professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with product management and development teams to define quality requirements and testing standards. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts. Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends. Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
