Business Development Manager | Real Estate

A leading real estate financing and investment company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its growing activity and lead business development and transaction processes in the real estate sector.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role focused on identifying and leading real estate opportunities, developing relationships with developers, analyzing transactions and supporting deals through execution and closing.

The role combines business development, financial analysis and deal management, with close interaction with senior management, developers and external advisors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and lead new real estate business opportunities

Build and manage relationships with developers and business partners

Analyze transactions and evaluate financial feasibility

Support the structuring of financing and investment proposals

Work closely with internal analysis, valuation and legal teams

Lead negotiations and support transactions through closing

Coordinate internal processes and ongoing deal follow-up

Requirements:

Relevant degree - Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or Real Estate Appraisal

3–6 years of experience in real estate, financing, investments or business development

Experience working with real estate developers and transactions

Strong financial and analytical skills

High business orientation and negotiation capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
