Global iT Cloud and Services Program Manager

Job Description:

Establishing and embedding consistent project management practices across Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services to drive predictable delivery.

Acting as the single source of truth for project status, consolidating data from multiple teams into clear, actionable updates.

Crafting concise, executive-ready presentations and status reports that translate project complexity into strategic-level insights.

Support the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing unit-wide programs and forums such as All Hands, QBRs, PI Planning, training activities etc...

Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders for both project delivery and ongoing organizational programs.

Overseeing budget planning and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Assisting teams and stakeholders with various tasks, including cross-domain projects.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in project management within corporate or enterprise environments.

3+ years of experience in program management or multi-project coordination roles.

Proven ability to manage complex initiatives within multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership forums

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent).

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
