What You'll Do

As an Automation engineer at Droxi, you'll play a critical role in our team, driving the development of automation testing and ensuring the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Droxi teams to develop automation solutions for our LLM products (FE, BE, ML).

Taking ownership of automation projects with a proactive mindset, providing valuable input and driving initiatives to enhance our technology and processes.

Improving the Shift-Left process, by increasing test coverage and strengthening regression testing.

Reducing deployment time through efficient and automation practices.

Elevating product quality to ensure a higher confidence level.

Executing security tests based on findings from pen-testing reports.

Requirements:

An automation engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Python, working with Web applications.

Experience in both automated and manual testing.

Proficient in frontend and backend (API) testing.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, specifically GitHub Actions.

Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Familiar with task management tools like Jira and experienced in Agile development environments.

Skilled in working with Linux OS and shell scripts.

Possesses strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Advantages

Skilled in containerization technologies such as Docker, K8s - Strong advantage.

Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Allure) - Strong advantage.

Background in using BDD testing frameworks like Cucumber, Behave or Pytest-BDD - Strong advantage

Experience with AWS S3, CloudWatch.

Hands-on experience with performance and stress testing.

Proficient in working with MongoDB.
