As part of our continuous growth and expansion, Telsys LTD is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Embedded Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our technical team.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing and pre-sales capabilities, supporting leading customers in the Israeli market while driving demand creation activities for advanced embedded technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for strategic customers throughout the design cycle — from architecture definition to production.

Drive demand creation activities and promote advanced embedded solutions from leading semiconductor vendors.

Work closely with customers’ R&D teams to support design-in activities, troubleshooting, system optimization, and product selection.

Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support technical engagement during pre-sales activities.

Support embedded hardware and software integration activities including RTOS, Linux, connectivity, and MCU/MPU platforms.

Interface with global suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-level technical support and successful project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.

Required Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in Embedded Systems development and customer technical support.

Strong pre-sales orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Fluent English and Hebrew.

Experience with edge AI applications and embedded vision.

Knowledge in security, power management, or industrial/automotive applications.

Experience working with semiconductor vendors or distribution channels.

Familiarity with ARM-based platforms and embedded debugging tools.
