Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager on Angie team at Elementor, you will be an instrumental part of driving the strategic direction, planning, and own the execution of our exciting AI initiatives. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead a strong team of engineers, drive quick iterations, and take features from concept to launch with speed and quality. You will be deeply embedded in the product’s user experience - crafting user journeys, championing UX excellence, collaborating with CX & marketing teams and ensuring every release moves the needle for professional web creators. We’re looking for a product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of agentic AI and website platforms, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Requirements: At least 5 years of product management experience SaaS companies - must Proven experience in building AI-powered products - must Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements - must Strong understanding of website platforms and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience overseeing large, complex products from planning to delivery, focusing on valuable increments. Strong UI/UX orientation with a high aesthetic bar - experience crafting user journeys and working closely with design teams. Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback, data analysis, and research to drive improvements. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners. Demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and make tough prioritization decisions Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - you’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, design, and stakeholders. Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem & Elementor - a strong advantage
