- Proven experience in technical consulting, solution selling, and customer/partner enablement in the Israeli renewable energy sector
- Excellent project management skills with a record of successfully supporting complex solution deployments for utility, C&I, and residential customers
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus

As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Sigenergy's product portfolio in the Israeli market by providing technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support to customers and partners. Your goal is to ensure that customers and partners can leverage Sigenergy solutions effectively, while enabling business growth through strong pre-sales engagement and solution positioning. You will also play a key role in training and knowledge transfer within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Technical Consultation
Work closely with sales teams and customers to design PV solar & ESS solutions tailored to utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and residential project requirements in Israel
Provide end-to-end technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, including system sizing, configuration, optimization, and compliance with Israeli grid codes and local technical standards
Collaborate with HQ product and R&D teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps, and adapt solutions to the unique regulatory and market landscape of Israel
Ensure all solutions comply with local technical standards, safety requirements, utility grid connection rules, and Israeli Energy Authority regulatory guidelines
2. Customer & Partner Engagement
Act as a trusted technical advisor for local customers, installers, EPCs, distributors, and utility stakeholders in the Israeli renewable energy market
Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations, delivering tailored solution insights for both distributed and utility-scale projects
Gather in-depth market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer pain points, and relay insights to HQ for continuous improvement of product and service offerings
Build and maintain long-term technical partnerships with key local stakeholders to drive solution adoption and market penetration
3. Training & Enablement
Organize and deliver technical training sessions for employees, customers, and partners (online and on-site across Israel)
Cover topics including product features, solution design for Israeli market conditions, installation best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance
Develop localized training materials, solution guides, and knowledge resources to strengthen the local partner ecosystem capabilities
Lead technical knowledge transfer to the local sales and partner teams to enhance their solution-selling capabilities
4. Solution Performance & Reporting
Monitor solution adoption and performance in the Israeli market, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities for both distributed and utility-scale segments
Track KPIs to measure solution effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and partner enablement outcomes
Prepare regular reports for management on market needs, solution deployment, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes impacting the Israeli renewable energy sector
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/deep experience in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
At least 3 years of practical working experience in the solar power and energy storage system industry, with proven experience in the Israeli market
Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, operation, and compliance with Israeli grid codes and local regulations
Proven experience in technical consulting, solution selling, and customer/partner enablement in the Israeli renewable energy sector
Excellent project management skills with a record of successfully supporting complex solution deployments for utility, C&I, and residential customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships with local partners, utilities, and regulatory bodies
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office)
Fluent in Hebrew and English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
Willingness to travel domestically across Israel and internationally as required
