Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Associate will manage legal documentation, conduct due diligence, and structure a variety of transactions, including M&A, venture capital investments, and structured financings. Responsibilities include advising clients on legal strategy, drafting and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient deal execution. The role also involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law to provide proactive, business-focused legal solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in M&A, venture capital, and structured finance transactions, with a strong grasp of legal frameworks and documents in these areas

Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements

Strong research and analytical skills to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with local and international law

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams

Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Hebrew is highly desirable

LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification; admission to practice law in Israel or a relevant jurisdiction

Previous experience in a corporate law firm or similar setting is highly advantageous

Business acumen and the ability to approach legal challenges with a commercial mindset
