About the Role
As a Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing perception and intelligence capabilities for our robotic platforms. You will design, train, and deploy advanced vision and ML models that enable real-time decision-making in complex environments.
This is a hands-on role that combines algorithm development, data pipelines, and real-world system integration. You’ll work closely with robotics, software, and hardware engineers to bring AI-driven capabilities from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize computer vision and machine learning algorithms for real-time robotic applications.
Build and train deep learning models for tasks such as detection, tracking, segmentation, and classification.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for dataset creation, labeling, and augmentation.
Deploy models to edge devices and optimize performance for embedded and real-time systems.
Integrate vision and ML components into robotic systems, including drones and ground platforms.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure robust sensor fusion and system performance.
Analyze and improve model performance under real-world conditions (low latency, noise, edge cases).
Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of perception systems.
Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.
Skills and Qulifications
Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data processing.
Solid experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).
Hands-on experience of at least 3-4 years with computer vision techniques (OpenCV, image processing, geometry).
3-4 years experience of developing and training models for real-world applications.
Understanding of model optimization and deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, etc.).
Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
B.Sc. in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with real-time or embedded ML systems.
Experience with multi-sensor fusion (cameras,IMU, etc.).
Background in tracking systems, SLAM.
Experience deploying models on edge devices.
Experience working with aerial or autonomous robotic systems.
Familiarity with C++.
Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS2
