Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT Technician to join the computing team of a large security organization in Yehud.

This is an opportunity to join a professional IT team and provide hands-on technical support across the organization, including frontal support for end users and ongoing maintenance of computing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and maintenance for the organization’s computing equipment.

Deliver frontal technical support to organizational users.

Support Windows operating systems.

Manage and support Domain environments.

Handle network, hardware, software, and related technical issues.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous experience as a PC Technician in an organization.

Experience installing endpoint equipment.

Experience with network configurations.

Experience troubleshooting computer hardware.

Strong experience troubleshooting Windows operating system issues.

Experience working with AD and EX.

Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.
