Marketing Manager

VOLCO is a real estate company operating in Cyprus, focused on investment, property sourcing, rentals, renovations, and hands-on management.

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly independent person to help build and manage VOLCO’s marketing activity.

This role goes far beyond creating content.

You’ll take real stories, projects, and day-to-day activity from the field, and turn them into strong marketing content that builds trust and helps grow the company.

Working closely with the founders, you’ll help shape marketing strategies, turn ideas into execution, and drive content, campaigns, social media, and brand activity forward.

The ideal candidate already has hands-on marketing and content experience, knows how to move things forward independently, and is excited to take a meaningful role in building a growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Marketing

Turn real-life activity, conversations, projects, and insights into marketing content

Build content ideas, hooks, and content strategies

Plan, manage, and execute content production

Film and direct content shoots together with the team

Edit and publish content across social media platforms

Manage VOLCO’s social media activity

Create marketing materials and campaigns

Help shape the company’s messaging and brand voice

Digital Marketing & Operations

Help manage and improve the company’s digital marketing activity

Support marketing campaigns across Meta platforms

Monitor content and campaign performance

Work together with external marketing suppliers and freelancers

Coordinate with website, SEO, and digital partners when needed

Strategy & Growth

Help build and improve VOLCO’s marketing strategy

Think proactively about new content directions and opportunities

Identify stories and moments worth turning into content

Help connect marketing, sales, and customer experience into one consistent journey

What We’re Looking For

Strong marketing mindset

High level of ownership and independence

Proactive personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to take messy/raw information and turn it into clear content

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative thinking together with execution abilities

Someone who enjoys building and growing something long-term

Strong English skills

Experience with Meta Ads

Interest in real estate, entrepreneurship, or investments
