VP Product

A global Cyber security company is looking for a VP Product, to lead the strategic development and execution of a complex system, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market demands

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions

Drive product innovation by leveraging market insights, emerging technologies, and customer feedback

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth

Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance and success

Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization

Requirements:

7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.

Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market, preferably in the cybersecurity industry

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable product strategies

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams towards common goals

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar - preferred
