Product Manager

We’re hiring a Product Manager to shape the future of fintech!

iForFintech is a leading fintech company, and we’re looking for a talented Product Manager (2–5 years experience) to join our strong and collaborative product team.

In this role, you’ll own products end-to-end — from idea to production — and work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Fraud, Finance, Marketing, and more. You’ll design smart user experiences, lead product decisions, and continuously improve products that serve real business and user needs.

What you’ll be doing

Full product ownership and roadmap prioritization

Defining requirements and translating business needs into great products

Leading product activities across all project phases

Designing effective and intuitive user flows

Working closely with multiple business units and stakeholders

Analyzing product performance post-launch and driving continuous improvements

What we’re looking for

2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an online company

Hands-on experience with data analysis and KPI ownership, strong understanding of business processes and user experience, and excellent English communication skills – must

Experience leading onboarding processes end-to-end – a significant advantage

Experience in fintech / finance environments – a big advantage

Background with trading platforms, CRM, payment methods, or SaaS – a plus

A true “pusher” — someone who takes ownership and drives ideas into production

Proactive, independent, collaborative, and comfortable working in a matrix organization

Hybrid work model – work from home up to one day a week.
