Role Description

As a Co-Founder at Flutty, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company, product, and technology vision. This is a hands-on technical leadership position for someone who wants to build a category-defining AI product from the ground up.

You will work closely on product architecture, development strategy, technical execution, and scaling the platform while helping define long-term business direction. The role also includes collaborating on product decisions, growth initiatives, and future team building.

Qualifications

Strong Full Stack development experience

Proficiency in TypeScript and React

Ability to build and ship products independently

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution ability

Experience working on personal projects or startups

Fast learner with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments

Nice To Have

Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or autonomous systems

Background in developer tools, SaaS platforms, or app development

Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable architectures

Previous startup or founding experience
